International Listings

International listings, through OVC’s collaboration partners, of a company, on one or more of the following Stock Exchanges (either as a primary of secondary listing):

Deutsche Börse Group (Stock Exchange of Frankfurt) (Germany);
Six Swiss Stock Exchange (Switzerland);
Berlin Stock Exchange (Germany);
The Stock Exchange of Mauritius;
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

International Structures

Registration of international companies and the registration of international trusts, through our collaboration partners in one or more of the following cities/countries: Frankfurt am Main; Zurich London, Hong Kong; Singapore; Beijing; Shanghai; Brunei; Australia; Mauritius; Seychelles; Isle of Man; Brazil; Bulgaria; Cyprus; Finland; Madeira; Malta; Luxembourg and Switzerland.

International Capital Funds

OVC is currently in the process of negotiating with its strategic partners about the registration of two fund structures in Europe and Mauritius. It is proposed that one of the funds will be a European based fund and the other an African based fund based in Mauritius, which will be established and registered in terms of the rules and regulations of the Financial Services Commission. The intention is to list the African Fund on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the shares will be tradable on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. The management of the African Fund will be outsourced to an international management company, and an international bank will act as custodian of the fund.
