The founders of OVC, in their respective legal practices, frequently experienced, the need for capital of medium sized companies, to finance new projects, and to expand internationally.
Since 2007, the founders, through legal structures, setup by international acclaimed attorney firms, was instrumental to the success of various building projects in the Western Cape.
During 2010, they formed part of a team of professionals that listed the first dollar based company on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the company listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius acquired shares in a South African company.
OVC has current mandates to raise capital for various clients in excess of R2 billion.
During 2013, indicative term sheets to the value of R1.8 billion and R400 million respectively have been signed between investors and clients of OVC.
