International Listings and Structures
International listings, of a company, on one or more of the following Stock Exchanges (either as a primary or secondary listing):

• Deutsche Börse Group (Stock Exchange of Frankfurt) (Germany);
• Six Swiss Stock Exchange (Switzerland);
• Berlin Stock Exchange (Germany);
• The Stock Exchange of Mauritius;
• The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

Registration of international companies and registration of international Trusts.

International Capital Funds
OVC is currently in the process of negotiating with its strategic partners about the registration of legal fund structures in Europe and Mauritius. It is proposed that a Fund based in Mauritius will be established and registered in line with the Financial Services Commission. The fund will be listed and the shares will be tradable on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. The management of the fund in Mauritius will be outsourced to an international management company, and an international bank will act as custodian of the fund.
